Firstly, the researcher will analyze the relevant documents, and organize a core group to probe the framework of the website and the categories of the classroom management website. Then, the researcher will edit a research tool based on the documental probe and the opinions of the core group members. After that, take samples at stratified-random for test. At last, verify the data which are obtained. This research will sample 540 teachers from 90 elementary schools for the test. In order to probe the application status of the “knowledge management” in the classroom management website, the researcher receives the feedback for analysis, and gets following conclusion: 1.The framework and the classification of data bank in the website designed by this graduate school generally meet the demand of teacher’s “Classroom management Website”. 2.When the elementary school teachers have any questions on the Classroom management Website, the most often inquiry ways in the order of the percentage are — (1) Discuss it with the colleague. (95.2%), (2) Check the relevant books or documents. (73.1%), (3) Visit the relevant websites. (57.2%), (4) Telephone the relevant persons. (36.6%), (5) Send an e-mail to the relevant persons. (10.8%) 3.The test shows that the class tutors of the elementary schools in Taichung Hsien generally accept the application of the “knowledge management” on the Classroom management Website. 4.This research uses SharePoint Team Services to set up a Classroom management Website. Its functions are shown below- (1)Bulletin board (2)Super-connection to the educational websites (3)Clearly classified and detailed data bank operated by the class. (4)Touching hours (5)Relax after finishing class. (6)The warehouse of the discovery of studying (7)Toronto Knowledge Research System 5.All the teachers have a positive viewpoint on encouraging the application of the classroom management “knowledge management” in the schools. As to add “the sharing status of teacher’s knowledge and experiences” to the reference index of year-end assessment, most of the teachers have reservations. 6.A survey on the demanding degree shows that the elementary school teachers all have positive attitudes toward the functions and the framework of the classroom management website. 7.The elementary school teachers in Taichung Hsien have a positive viewpoint toward the website.
