The Effects of Cooperation among Cooperatives and Core Resources on Management Performance－An Application of LISREL Model.

碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系 === 91 === The agriculture cooperative is an agriculture cooperation operation organization, which is form for extending the farm economic scale. For example, it can enhanced the organization’s operation, healthy the structure for organization, and enhanced the organization’s function. Thus, it can fully play the role and capability to approach the goal of enterprising and modernization management. This research is used the Linear Structure Relation (LISREL) to test 16 items of hypothesis. Using Cooperation among Cooperatives model, core resources type, the organization efficiency and operation achievement, 4 domains to do the research about the Cooperation among Cooperatives between different agriculture cooperative and the agriculture cooperative core resources influence on operation achievement to detect the problem and then to create the improvement strategy for reference. The study has 515 copies questionnaires. The effective questionnaires have 141 copies, the effective rate about 27.38%。 The collection data is using LSREL version 8.51 for Windows system to analyze the linear structure relation model. Results with positive response on hypothesis of many variables like below, between them have causal relationship: ․Profits growing rate on employees versus organization efficiency; ․Employee competition capability versus organization efficiency; ․Organization efficiency versus the operation achievement; ․Cooperate relation satisfaction regards to the Cooperation among Cooperatives achievement; ․The accomplish rate on individual objective regards to the Cooperation among Cooperatives achievement …etc. The empirical result provide valuable information for raising the operation achievement is an urgent task. This paper could not go in depth study on the Cooperation among Cooperatives case. And using LISREL 2-stage estimate as the analysis method is not enough to explain these variables. This will need the other research worker to using other method to doing further study to understanding and trying to discover have any different relationship between these variables or not.
