Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 91 === Based on the importance of organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing to an organization, the present study investigates the relationship among organizational trust, types of intra-organizational relationship, organizational citizenship behaviors and knowledge sharing behaviors drawing the viewpoint from social exchange theory and relationship theory. Through sampling from the bank industry, empirical results show that social support has positive effect on organizational trust, quality of relationship between supervisors with employees, and citizenship behavior toward an organization. Further, quality of relationship between co-workers has positive effect on citizenship behaviors toward an organization, in-role behaviors, sharing behaviors for task-related knowledge. The present study also finds that organizational support and quality of relationship between supervisors with employees have negative effect on citizenship behaviors toward an organization. There is negative relationship between sharing behavior for interpersonal-related knowledge with citizenship behaviors toward an organization and in-role behavior. Through the empirical study the hypothesis, which are established from the theoretical perspectives of social exchange and relationship theory, are only partial supported. Based on the results generated, there are some implications and suggestions will be offered for practices and academic field.
