The total samples handed out were 685. Among them, 613 questionnaires were collected and 509 questionnaires were usable. So the rates of collection and usableness were separately 89.49% and 74.31%. The independent variables are gender, majors, channels of teacher education, experience of curriculum, and experience of using computer and the Internet. The dependent variables are preservice teachers’ abilities and attitudes of Integrating IT into teaching. Data are analyzed through t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. This research findings are as follow: (1) Preservice teachers’ abilities of Integrating IT into teaching are between common and good. And their attitudes of Integrating IT into teaching are positive. (2) In the aspect of abilities of integrating IT into teaching: the variables of gender, IT courses, computer courses or related courses, the computer courses outside the school, he/she engaged in designing IT lesson plan, the teaching demonstration he/she viewed and emulated, the weekly hours of using computer and the Internet, and the years of using computer. These eight variables have significant difference. One who has better abilities is male, more credits he/she earned courses outside the school, more participation he/she engaged in designing IT lesson plan, more teaching demonstration he/she viewed and emulated, more weekly hours of using computer and the Internet, and the one who uses of computer for a long period of time. (3) In the aspect of attitudes of integrating IT into teaching: the variable of the years of using computer has significant difference. The one who uses computer for a long period of time has better attitudes. (4) There is significant correlation between preservice teachers’ abilities and attitudes of Integrating IT into teaching.
