| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 輔導研究所 === 91 === The purpose of this study is to research the present situation of career self-concept of the junior high school students and try to find out the individual factor, family factor, and school factor for the influence of career self-concept of the junior high school students. For achieving the purpose of this study, the study is adopted two-stage sampling and chosen the all three grades of the junior high school students in Cha Yi County, Cha Yi City, Tainan County, Tainan City, Kaohsiung County, Kaohsiung City, Pin Ton County and Pin Ton City, eight Junior High School to be the object. The instrument used in this study is “ The Investigation Form of Career Self-Concept of the Junior High School Students” and questionnaires. After the test and data statistics’ analysis, the conclusion could be summed up as follows:
1.The entirety of the junior high school students tended to be
clear on career self-concept.
2.The score on the junior high school’s career value is
better, but the career aspiration is weaker.
3.The girls of the junior high school students are clearer
than the boys on career self-concept.
4.Career self-concept of the junior high school students is
clearer complying with the grade adding.
5.The junior high school students with higher social economic
status are more definite (than the lowers) on career self-
concept.
6.The junior high school students with higher parents’expect
are clearer (than the lowers ) on career self-concept.
7.The junior high school students with higher school results
are more decided (than the lowers) on career self-concept.
8.The school life is related closely with the career knowledge.
9.The influence of some generation is related with the
depending of career self-concept of the junior high school
students.
10.The grades, parents’ expect and school results is provided
with the prediction for career self-concept of the junior
high school students.
According to the above conclusion, the researcher bring up some suggestions for the related organization of education, the subsidiary course of the junior high school, parents, expect that the education of career self-concept of the junior high school is more practicable.
