Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 化學系 === 91 === Headspace sorptive techniques namely water bath open vessel solid-phase microwave extraction(WB-Op-SPME), water bath open vessel solid-phase microwave extraction(MA-Op-SPME), water bath open vessel solid-phase microwave extraction(WB-Op-SBSE), water bath open vessel solid-phase microwave extraction(MA-Op-SBSE) were developed and studied for the simultaneous extraction/enrichment of ordor compounds, 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB) and geosmin(GSM), in the drinking water samples prior to the quantification by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). The optimum conditions for obtaining extraction efficiency, such as extraction time, extraction temperature, and the addition of salt were investigated. Experimental results indicat that the optimized WB-Op-SPME technique is 60min at 90℃ with 15 % NaCl addition to give 4.4% and 27.2 % recoveries of 2-MIB and GSM, respectively; the MA-Op-SPME technique is 60min at 90℃ with 20 % NaCl addition to give 5.2 % and 29.1 % recoveries of 2-MIB and GSM, respectively ; the WB-Op-SBSE technique is 60min at 90℃ with 15 % NaCl addition to give 24.7 % and 26.0 % recoveries of 2-MIB and GSM, respectively; the MA-Op-SBSE technique is 60min at 90℃ with 20 % NaCl addition to give 29.1 % and 32.1 % recoveries of 2-MIB and GSM, respectively The correlation coefficients for the linear dynamic range from 0.5 to 100 ng/l exceeded 0.99 for the both techniques. Samples collected from drinking water treatment plant were also determined by the proposed methods.
