Development of problem-solving Web-Based Learning System and and Web-Based teaching materials for Nature and Living-technology activity. The experiment was based on the quasi-experimental design of pretest- posttest method. Two classes of school 6th graders were chosen randomly and divided into the experimental group and the controlled group. The students in the experimental group received the use of web-based problem-solving instruction instrucational, while the students in the controlled group received the use of Conventiona lproblem-solving instruction. This study lasts for five weeks(two lessons per week)stop. The result of the study found that there’s no significant difference between the experimental and the control group on general problem solving , discovering problems, re-defining problems, imagining reasons, addressing ideas and seeking the best projects.
