However, it’s a knowledge age, the core competencies and inter-organizational collaboration is the most important (Hamel, 1991). The convenient stores are not to develop new equipment/facilities necessary. Collaboration can accomplish the equipment/facilities innovations of convenient stores. As the result, convenient stores have to transfer their need information to the equipment/facilities suppliers, and find the efficient transfer modes. The purpose of this study is to figure out the factors that affect knowledge transfer process between convenient stores and equipment/facilities suppliers most. In the other side, we also test the moderate effects of social capital that provide convenient stores and equipment/facilities suppliers a methods to promote the knowledge transfer performance. This study tests the argument empirically; the equipment/facilities suppliers who collaborated with the chain stores that are the three biggest in Taiwan are our samples. According to the results of SPSS statistical analysis, the main findings of this study include: 1) The knowledge transfer partners have to overcome the tacit to raise the knowledge transfer performance. 2) The knowledge transfer partners have to provide a context that can encourage knowledge share to raise the knowledge transfer performance. 3) The social capital have significantly moderating effects on the relationship between knowledge stickiness and knowledge transfer performance that means the knowledge transfer partners can utilize the social capital to promote knowledge transfer performance.
