碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程所 === 91 === ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to construct an evaluating criterion for the specialized competence of engineer of design and analysis for Precision Mold and Die. The criterion was designed to assist the employer on selecting engineers specialized in the design and analysis of Precision Mold and Die. To serve the purpose of this study, the related papers are collected, the functional analysis mode is applied and experts are consulted. Then, the functional map of engineer of design and analysis for Precision Mold and Die is developed. On the basis of the functional map and fuzzy theory, the weight system of evaluation for talents of design and analysis for Precision Mold and Die is constructed. After a case study, the criterion was proved to be accurate and practical, and thus it not only can be used to evaluate the engineer’s specialized competence but also is the important reference for evaluating criterion of national license of professional skills for Precision Mold and Die engineer.
