Trough broad reference reviews concerning Banking, we construct eight dimensions, each with ten detailed aspects, in the survey. By factor analysis, we thus extract the key factors of success for e-banking. The findings show that eight factores could be atributed to the keys. The management factor concerns cost savings and efficiency, and the design factor represents a safe control of the network. It is the trend factor that contains market competition and market environment, while the strategy factor states the stuff about management revolution and maketing transformation. Next, the service factor involves custumor-apporach management as well as relation management. The issues of information education and organization revolution contribute to the efficiency factor, while the government fundamental constructions and tax laws consist of the policy factor. Finally, the implementation strategy and the professional training construct the basic of implementation factor. Among these key factors, the cost element in the management factor is the most important and powerful explantory variable. However, regarding pratical aspects, the essential of a successful development in e-business is seriously concerning the characteristics of all participants, which is titled as the human factor.
