In regard to provide function of user, it limits the Full-Text retrieving, however such search data of that search method does not match what we want, so that the resource cannot be utilized efficiently. For resolving the above problem, we use XML language to replace HTML. To compare to HTML, the XML can describe the structure of the data further and make the machine-understanding and the machine-reading abilities for the machine. Then, it can be applied widely in the area of document-knowledge management, which is also the current disability of HTML. The Resource Description Framework, abbreviated RDF, is a kind of catholic and influential technique. It creates the phrasing construction of XML and makes up its weakness about data describing information in which is lacking of language idea. Therefore, RDF can be opted in the data description and the semantic-level expression quickly and effectively. In this thesis, the mechanism that we put forward a RDF search, here among, we make uses of the RDF and Dublin Core thus to describe date completely and accurately. Besides, we classify the data by bibliography in order to search the data faster.
