More and more people can acquire the information they need by using various kinds of devices at any time, any place of the world. The education system has changed from traditional in-class lecturing to online self-teaching that can be achieved without time and physical space constrain. It is found that digital learning is the trend that enormous websites focus on. The same concept is recognized in this project and various kinds of Web sites of digital learning will be designed for conventional Web site, PDA, and cellular phone. We also proposed new interactive learning tools to improve the traditional one-way learning. These tools can help interaction between teachers and students and authoring module for edit, aggregate, and modify multimedia content. Presenting the variety of learning content, we can increase students’ learning interesting. We proposed a highly interactive electronic whiteboard system from the computer, notebook, and PDA. Students can use the highly interactive electronic whiteboard system exchange opinions interactively with teacher during class by computer, notebook, and PDA. Using digital technology to improve our life is the trend no one can challenge. In this paper, we have demonstrated the possibility using information technology to enhance the learning effect.
