Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 營建工程所 === 91 === From 「Advanced Shoring method 」to develop「Double Movable scaffolding System」and abbreviate DMSS ,Since Year 1973 DMS construction viaduct in Europe’s Norway via than become more public in all over the world, per Taiwan High Speed Project this DMSS could have chance to show on Taiwan。 Regarding to Taiwan Construction business has it own special features, most of constructors not only ignored their own revised records which created during construction period but also disorganized working plans that causing the waste of precious resource and the construction productivity inefficiently。 According to the collection of real construction procedures data in past few years in DMSS on Taiwan High Speed Rail Project and backward to review relative documents in this field expecting via this research submit which under the construction revised records and problems shot could have bit contribution to constructor whenever deal with DMSS in viaduct construction。Further refer to “Lean Construction ” conception sum up the production process seven wastes to monitoring on site activities including working procedures, manpower, utilities, the efficiency of productivity could be developed to best and save resource as well。 Under the rectified method statements of construction procedures the consequence that DMSS every operation cycle time for two 60 meters spans could go fast from 14 days to 12 days and the cost down from NT$14686/M to 12784/M。
