The study case is a firm named “Z company”. The Z company although is car industry OEM factory, making decision always with the car factory horse head is to look forward, but at face the environment that the car factory internationalization, Chinese Taiwanese business people''s product competes with low price to change. Z company consideration self term to set organization target and correct it by result of organizational learning that match the single loop organizational learning model that offer agree with Argyris and Schon in 1978. Z company carry on the organization learning through the information technology . The results are the order hands from 120 days reduce to 90 days, the material stock decline from 45 days down to 30 days after using ERP to monitor them , and carry on the CAD file commutation and carry on the work integration through the network and customer, using the video conference and customer and carrying on the face to face communication exaltation customer satisfaction in time, show and use the information technology and carry on the organizational learning in all aspects and all although the variety of the process is not very much obvious, can be learned the changes of the result by the organization to be reflect. This research find the organization target enactment, organization learning process is under the influence of organizational context. In regard to Z company , organize the influence that the enactment of the target suffer the organizational context deeply, and affect to the information technology to use and the organization learning , remarkable is, in the organization learning process the formation of the organizational memory will interact with the attitude of the supervisor and the dissemination strategy creation of the solutions, and affect the behavior that information technology use. This study is a qualitative research. Research construct a theory to explain the influence about use the information technology to organizational learning for the enterprise. Although research case “Z company” to have the representative. Other researchers quote from to study the result and must still consider in the days to come.
