They should view themselves own competence and find the competitive advantage out whereupon. In dynamic capabilities theory, firms must have capabilities to apply, integrate and reconfigure technology, resource and function both at outside and inside organization. By renovating core capabilities, a firm can act in business environment collaboratively. We employed case study by depth interview at hi-tech domestic companies according to dynamic capabilities theory to understand the ERP implementation stage of the firm, and tried to find the path of transformation from implementation ERP to e-Business out.
