New kind of employment, call ‘atypical employment’, has been created. To avoid the increasing cost of employment getting heavy, the companies tend to adopt flexible ‘dispatched employment’ to reduce the cost. 　However, the relevant legislation and research in Europe, U.S. and Japan are abundant. In Taiwan, not so many related articles and researches were found discuss about dispatched employment. It also raises the interest of this thesis to study and discuss the related researches and legislation regulating dispatched employment in Japan. The relevant legislation regulating dispatched employment in Japan will be introduced; and then discuss and analyze the problems caused by dispatched employment in Japan and Taiwan. At last, ideas, reference and recommendations about regulating dispatched employment will be provided. This thesis plans to do a thorough research on the following issues: (1)Introduce and discuss the concept of dispatched employment and other relevant concepts. (2)Introduce the dispatched employment development and character in Japan. (3)Introduce and analyze the relevant research and legislation regulating dispatched employment in Japan. (4)Introduce and analyze the current condition and relevant problems caused by dispatched employment in Japan. (5)Introduce and analyze the current condition and relevant problems caused by dispatched employment in Taiwan. (6)Compare and discuss the deference of dispatched employment between Japan and Taiwan. (7)Summarize the research and proposed recommendations to regulating dispatched employment in Taiwan.
