The purpose of the research is to study the relationship among leadership style , work value, organizational commitment, job involvement and service attitude in staff of tax office in the hope that the results can be used as reference for related administration’s managers. The research was mainly conducted by questionnaires targeting official workers of the Chia-yi County Tax Office and its subordinates. Of the 220 questionnaires sent out, 185were returned, among which 183 were valid. The returning rate of valid questionnaires was 98.9﹪. The results of this study are as follows: 1.Martial status, age, job titles and seniority vary significantly in job involvement. 2.Martial status vary significantly in service attitude. 3.The perception of leadership style has positive correlation with organizational commitment. 4.The perception of leadership style has positive correlation with job involvement. 5.work value has positive correlation with job involvement. 6.job involvement has positive correlation with service attitude. The purpose of the research is to study the relationship among leadership style , work value, organizational commitment, job involvement and service attitude in staff of tax office in the hope that the results can be used as reference for related administration’s managers.
