Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹師範學院 === 職業繼續教育研究所 === 91 === This study had the following aims:develop portfolio items suitable to principal evaluation;and understand the possible of portfolio items suitable to principal evaluation.In order to achive this Objective, this study was even to use qualitative and quantative methodology through document analysis,questionnaires survey of Delphi, and interviews.According to four round dophi survey, the initiative results including「administrative management」、「public affair and communication」、「professionalism」、「curriculum leadership」、「educational concept」、「policy」, income to 35 items. Then synonymist interview with elementary school principal, get the conclusions of the study are as follow:develop items of portfolio that suitable to principal evaluation, the items including「administrative management」、「public affair and communication」、「professionalism」、「curriculum and teaching leadership」、「etcetera」,income to 16utems. And, effect on the possible of portfolio items suitable to principal evaluation had following points:(1)importance and possible of portfolio items;(2) the attitude of principal who face the portfolio assessment;(3)the purpose of evaluator wanted. The conclusions of this research can serve as a basis referance for the educational administration and the principal of element school on future.
