Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 資源管理研究所 === 91 === Recently national defense organization has a great change in various environments, for example, the extension of Chinese military forces, the change of the global strategy, the limit of national defense budget growth, and the rapid progress of national defense technology, etc. All these factors contribute the impact to the great structures of national defense and resources. It's quite clear that the logistic reformation in our country must be conducted. To cope with the embarrassed situation of nation defense logistics, this study focuses on the logistic-specific 『system dynamic planning blue-print』, the present situation of national defense supply, and the relevant papers of BPR in data collection、analysis、and studies, respectively, so as construct a 『Process Reengineering National Defense Logistics & Supply Management』 model. This study mainly uses ARIS in process analysis. The different efficiencies of supply management operational process of case units are made comparison in terms of GI/G/1 model of queuing theory. In case of that one national defense organization would like to proceed logistic supply reengineering process, this study can be a valuable reference used to the pre-running stage preparation and analyses. In terms of ARIS the analysis to the supply operation of case units showing that the logistic operation takes 7.3 working days in average. However, after introducing the key process analysis, we make suggestions that integrate information technology and military salary auditing system may forecast the time & quantity of next supply and then inform the units being supplied. According to the analysis of GI/G/1 model, up to 42.47% average time consuming can be significantly reduced.
