The relevant characteristics and metrics of this model are adopted from ISO/IEC 9126 and 14598. This model consists of -fuzzy measure, genetic algorithm, hierarchical Choquet integral, gap concept and software quality measurement questionnaire in order to reduce the gap of DVRS software quality between end users’, acquirers’ and evaluators’ satisfaction and developers’ performance.
