Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 材料科學與工程學系 === 91 === (Zn1-xCdx)4Sb3 crystals are recently identified as new thermoelectric materials used in power generation . In this study ,the samples of (Zn1-xCdx)4Sb3 crystals with various composition were prepared by vertical Bridgman method and powder metallurgy techniques ,respectively . The thermoelectric properties of these crystals were investigated by an automatic measurement system with a high vacuum and temperature-controller chamber. The Seebeck coefficient, resistivity and thermal conductivity of (Zn1-xCdx)4Sb3 crystal were measured between 30K and 650K. The composition, powder particle size and temperature dependence of the thermoelectric properties for (Zn1-xCdx)4Sb3 crystals were discussed.
