Accordingly, it not only brings about the concepts of multiple product development, manufacturing and strategies, but also creates a peculiar business model. It’s the so-called virtual enterprises. This research attempts to investigate the relationships between virtual characteristics of enterprises and value creation model. In order to find the optimal business model and value creation model, the enterprises must continuously examine each factor of virtualization and value creation based on their own conditions during the virtualization period.
