Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 化學系 === 91 === The Polyaniline/Nafion carbon paste electrode(the mixture of emeraldine salt powder, nafion and graphite powder)and the PAn/Nafion/L-amino acid oxidase(L-AAO) carbon paste electrode(the mixture of emeraldine salt powder, nafion, L-AAO and graphite powder)were studied and developed as electrochemical detectors in HPLC for amino acid analysis. Ammonium ion and several amino acids, such as tryptophan, cysteine and tyrosine were separated in C18 column and detected using PAn/Nafion carbon paste electrode. The group selective L-AAO is suitable for simultaneously detecting several amino acids with PAn/Nafion/L-AAO carbon paste electrode in HPLC system. The compositions & operational conditions of these two sensors were studied and compared. Furthermore, polyaniline film was electropolymerized on the electrodes using the instrument of Electrochemical Quartz Crystal Microbalance(EQCM). The potential was shifted in order to control doping/dedoping anions on the film. Moreover, we discuss the possibility of using this film to recognize chiral molecules, such as L- and D-amino acids.
