In this study, the researcher manipulates three sets of questionnaires. The first set contains demographic informations, including gender, age, education, service, position, school location. The second set involves four infrastructure, including supportive, intimate, directive, collegial, and is designed to explore perceptual variables on the school climate after the reform of principals’ selection system. The third set involves three infrastructure, including health and feed back, Productivity, integration, and is designed to explore perceptual variables on the school effectiveness after the reform of principals’ selection system. And to predict the mutual influence between school climate and effectiveness.
This questionnaire is adopted to collect data from 400 elementary school teachers around Chiayi area.
