The study also investigates the differences of reflective practice and marital satisfaction from the remarried people of different background variables. The subjects were 211 remarried people. They were selected from Kaohsiung and Tainan, whose children were elementary school students. Questionnaires of reflective practice and marital satisfaction were used and they were analyzed with various methods of statistical analysis. The result of this study shows that: 1. Subjects reflect themselves from their experience of divorce, and practice it in the current married life. The frequency of reflection and practice is not high, mostly mentally, and there is no specific time. The way is to think independently, and it is thought to be helpful. 2. Subjects tend to feel satisfied in their marriage, especially physically. 3. There are significant differences in the conditions of reflective practice, caused by subjects’ different genders, levels of education, income, time of last marriage. 4. Male subjects have higher marital satisfaction. Subjects of better education feel more mentally satisfied. Those who have higher income feel more economically satisfied. 5. There are significant differences in marital satisfaction, caused by the contents and timing of reflective practice, the method and help of reflection, and the frequency of practice. Finally, based on the findings of this study, some suggestions to the remarried people, family education and future studies are provided.
