The study also analyzes the deviation of the organizational climate of the volunteers with different personal background , motivation , participation and their effect on the organizational climate. The object of the study is learning family volunteers who participate in "The program of the learning organization of elementary and junior high schools in Hsinchu City”. The gathered information method is questionnaire. 285 samples are collected from the volunteers, wherein 225 samples are effective. The tool comes from the self-complied "Questionnaires of the motivation, participation and organizational climate of learning family volunteers".Data from those questionnaires were then processed statistically,and results were finally verified in the process of descriptive statistics, t-test,one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression.The following summary is acquired from the result of the verification: a. Learning family volunteers have high motivation, moderate participation and good organizational climate. b. The organizational climate of the learning family volunteers differed significantly depending on the different service hours. c. The organizational climate of the learning family volunteers differed significantly depending on the different motivation . d. The organizational climate of the learning family volunteers differed significantly depending on the different participation. e. The motivation and participation of learning family volunteers have high prediction to their organizational climate. According to the conclusions of the study, the researcher puts forward some suggestions to relevant government agencies, volunteer organization in schools, family education centers, and researchers of sequent studies. 王以仁 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 142 zh-TW |
