The subjects were selected from the fifth and sixth grade students in Chiayi elementary school. The total is 660 students. Questionnaires of children''''s perception of parental marital relationship, the locus of control, and emotional feeling, and is analyzed with various methods of statistical analysis. The results were concluded as following: 1. There are significant differences in children’s perception of the intimacy and harmonization characters in parental marital relationship and children''''s emotional disturbance. 2. There are significant differences in children’s perception of the hostility feeling in parental marital relationship and children''''s emotional disturbance. 3. There are significant differences in children’s perception of the concrete conflict in parental marital relationship and children''''s emotional disturbance. 4. There are significant differences in children’s perception of the emotionless in parental marital relationship and children''''s emotional disturbance. 5. There are no significant interaction in emotional disturbance between children''''s perception of parental marital relationship and personal background variables (age, gender, birth order, and the locus of control) . Finally, according to the research results, this study provides several suggestions for parents, school education, family education and future studies.
