It includes the assistance of the information technology. It provides the reference for teachers participating in three layers exploring teaching activities. The research comes five results: Firstly, after exploring instruction, students’ abilities of gathering materials improve obviously. Their gathering strategies and processes become diversified. Secondly, students’ capacities of arranging materials increase after exploring instruction. Their arranging strategies and processes are systematical. Thirdly, teachers are frustrated in three aspects inclusive of campus, parents and students. Fourthly, the strategies and processes regarding the survey of insects in the campus through team-cooperated. It’s essential to collect materials, observe practically and classify to make the formatses. Fifthly, after exploring instruction, the attitude of protecting insects doesn’t improve apparently. According to the result of the research, it suggests that the three layers exploring instruction is applied to the domain of nature science in primary schools and develops the direction of the research in the future. Moreover, the application of the three layers exploring instruction promotes students’ learning abilities and provides the reference of the research.
