碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 資訊工程研究所 === 91 === Internet-based learning has became a popular method on studying. Students and introducers study and teach everywhere by Internet. This research proposes a very convenient tool for asynchronous interact learning on online language studying framework nowadays. We combine Text-To-Speech and Speech Recognition into our language studying scheme, and offer the interaction between speaking practice and Web studying materials. This system contains managing system, studying-interface and course-authoring. The managing system provides user ID, course, and several online communication methods. The studying-interface system offers learners to study on Web and makes it possible to practice speaking and interact with courses over Web. The course-authoring system provides the introducers edit their courses and online examinations. The system proposes a Web Services about a online dictionary querying. This Web Services can be used by everyone needed over Internet. We use newly technologies developing our system to improve the ability of our system, and make an experience of the newly age of software services. We take several existing online English learning systems to compare our system outcomes, and take the researchers’ suggestions to improve developing the system ability.
