Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 幼兒教育學系碩士班 === 91 === The purpose of this study was to construct a practical classification of local private kindergarten teachers for educational executives’ future reference to upgrade the quality of kindergarten teachers and to set up an executive system of kindergarten teachers. This research is complted under the method of document analysis and Delphi questionnaire investigation etc.in the Delphi questionnaire investigation.The conclusions are as follow: 1.As for the structure, teachers be classified in four levels. 2.As for the titles,the first level be “the primary teacher,” the second “the intermediate teacher,’ the third “the advanced teacher,” and the fourth “the counselor.” 3.As for the workloads, every teacher should take the works of teaching, classroom management, kids counseling, the teacher-parent communication, learning environment setting, cleaning and evaluation. Furthermore, the workloads of kindergarten affairs, teaching planning, the improvement of teaching methods, and the research on curricula and teaching should increase as the level goes up. Furthermore, counselors should work more on the issues of educational reform, experiment curricula and community integration. Their workloads on teaching, classroom management, environment setting and cleaning thus should decrease. 4.As for salary, a range between NT$3000 to NT$5000 should be added as the level goes up. 5.Promotion goes by schooling, seniority, refresher courses, the hours of these courses, teaching, the kindergarten’s evaluation of the teacher, the publication of works, and accomplishment. 6.As for the examination before promotion, what should be taken into consideration are the differences in educational environment, the simplification of paperwork. Examiners should also perform their duties with professionalism and adopt multiple methods of evaluation.
