It may block student’s problem solving ability and development, and it may be a main reason of problem behavior occurred. In class, I also have found that consultative activity course can change student’s behavior and mentality as well as I can feel a little bit of change from students. This is not only course itself, but also it interacts with students in class who have affected. These have encouraged me to find out the answer. The objective of research is to expect for an action study and discuss with the influence of teenager self-esteem and process through animating sense of security and belonging in the classroom atmosphere at practical work. The duration of research was in the first semester of academic year 2002 and, and the objective of research was three classes of the seventh grade students and the total of 94 students participation at a Taipei public junior high school. A course is design for teenager to advance sense of security and belonging of self-esteem scheme, which is fundamental of theoretical framework. The author of the research has taught the course personally. The duration of research was one semester, a class once a week, and each class had 16 hours. The research is an action of quantitative attitude to collect data by multiple variables, such as teaching note, observer''s note, student''s retrieve and diary, dialogue with students, interview recording, and class video tape etc. It applies triangulation method to recognize data reliability and effectiveness. During the process of practice, it has continuously made a plan, taken an action, self-reflection, and proposed a scheme again to develop individual knowledge with appropriate actual need. In the Chapter IV The Process of Research, it has revealed that part of research process among students, research companions and I in the class, or people and matter in the entire circumstances, the related theory and the author''s dialogue, self-reflection, and feedback etc. The expression of way has focused on sense of security and belonging to discuss with the cause and effect of junior high student''s self-esteem. Each part has included personal life story, major event, theoretical knowledge, teaching principle and attitude, interaction mode with student, think in action, and strategy etc.; the related events for the whole circumstances such as the influence of class teaching from me, student''s performance, ability, and curriculum design. Regarding to “the total” part which is in the Chapter V Comprehensive Analysis, it has jumped out a role of “me on site” to comprehensively analyze the process of class atmosphere formation, potential framework of channel, the influence of self-esteem in class atmosphere after interaction.
