The research methodology used the interview with specialists and surveyed to ask them to set up and develop this questionnaire. To accomplish the purposes, a self-designed instrument entitled "The Questionnaire of How to Train the Students of University''s Department of Accounting to Bring up the Ability of Knowledge Management through Knowledge Management Curricula "was used in the survey research. The population of the study was full-time teachers of university''s department of accounting, professional accountants in public and private enterprises, accounting firms and governmental institutions. The questionnaire was sent to 1,425 spacemen .Of the returns, 877 respondents were usable. The data was analyzed by the statistics methods of percentile, frequency distribution, mean, standard error, T-test, and one-way ANOVA. According to the results of the statistic analysis, the following conclusions were incurred: 1.Full-time teachers of university''s department of accounting and of professional accountants public and private enterprises regarding the courses designed that will train the students of university''s department of accounting to bring up the ability of knowledge management. 2.In the full-time teachers of university’s department of accounting: age and instructional have significant differences toward technological courses to bring up the ability of knowledge management. 3.In the full-time accountants of enterprises: age, educational background, accounting instructional years, and the location of enterprise have significant differences toward technological courses to bring up the ability of knowledge management. 4.In the full-time teacher of accounting and the professional accountants have significant differences in technological courses and applicable courses.
