What is more, they will get a promotion and keep their future in perspective. Technical and vocational education puts emphasis on the cultivation of the practical ability. We believe that they can make it by internship and training . The former just offers simulated experience while the latter provides practical experience by means of the cooperative education, which teaches students on working places. According to the statistics offered by Department of Technology and Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education, in spite of many high-leveled ways of cooperative education, “taking turns” is the commonest and has been performed thoroughly and well. It’s not only because it has the most participating schools, factories and students, but because it has better-legislated laws. Through the documentary analyses, the data survey, specialists and business representatives, we come to conclusion and suggest as follows: 1.To suit the demands in economic progress and social development, we have the need of establishing the Alternate Cooperative Education in marketing & distribution. 2.By means of the well-organized education system of Alternate Cooperative Education, we can elevate the quality of basic-leveled employees and promote business advancement. 3.Taking advantage of ready business resources, we can give students the chance to test the theoretical teaching in school, to practice what they have learned at school, and to get much motivation of learning basic knowledge. 4.Knowing the business condition and real working circumstances earlier, students will be able to make right choices more easily when having jobs in the near future. 5.Work out the useful consulting tactics of marketing &distribution. 6.To draw up the general assessment principles for the consulting teachers to the off-campus learning institutions. 7.Arrange school and off-campus learning institutions to implement the training contracts and to carry out the training projects. 8. The alternative period between school and off-campus learning institutions every three months that have significant difference between the enterprise’s expectations and the Implementation of Cooperation Learning Program’s specification. 9.Keep the rights of lowest wages of alternate cooperative education. Economic depression will easily lead to the conflicts in contracts; in fact, it will be one of the causes of breaking contracts.
