Subjects of this study were 250 teachers in Taichung county, and 5 subjects were interviewed to express freely about their opinions. Questionnaire data were analyzed by frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The following conclusions were reached: the differences among elementary school teachers from different background on six dimensions in inclusive education. 1.Elementary school teachers from special class in school or not, the gender , the background of special education, the experience of contacting students with disabled , the type of student’s disability have obvious difference in the dimension of attitude and belief. 2.Elementary school teachers in different aged group and different official duties have obvious difference in the dimension of the interrelated services and environment-equipment. 3.Elementary school teachers with different gender has obvious difference in the dimension of expectation about inclusive education in the future. 4.Elementary school teachers in different aged group has obvious difference in the dimension of the coordination between common education and special education. 5.Elementary school teachers with different official duties has obvious difference in the dimension of curriculum and teaching.
