Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 美術學系在職進修專班 === 91 === “To learn will make you feel your knowledge is insufficient; To teach will let you feel your knowledge is besieging.” Looking back my career of teaching, I feel successful, frustrated, joyful and incapable sometimes. The reflection upon my position, value and focus lingers in my mind, especially on the trend of education innovation. Therefore, the purpose of my research is about how does an art teacher feel and experience the importance of professional innovation and how does she combine the impact of teaching concepts and the profession of a teacher. The study is based on the theory of multi-intelligence. Through editing course, teaching materials, the teacher leads the student to proceed the multi-intelligence in learning. In the continuously trying and self-examination, the researcher changes, promotes the concepts and innovates the teaching for herself.
The editor introduces the action research to analysis teaching progress that includes the record of running commentary in teaching, the practice in teaching activity by self-reflection, the reflect on teacher’s intention and the design of teaching activity in modifying and adjustment. The editor guides the student to proceed “ record of reflection” for the action research in art classes to view and sort the study condition in order to expect the students to be encouraged by reflection intelligence.
After proceeding the action research, the editor reviews the thought in teaching and finds that it is about the teacher guides students to accomplish themselves. The other superiority is the art course can make the students reflect their mind. The editor used the art course to excite the interests in learning , increase the students the sense of responsibility and expect the reflect intelligence can be applied to other courses or learning in order to expend the scope and depth in learning.
