Due to the spread of internet, people can learn knowledge about administrative remedy of internal taxation by surfing the web. However, most web sites lack contents and only provide laws. People can’t get what they want by surfing those web sites. This study is to design and build a web site with knowledge-based administrative remedy of internal taxation. We use concept maps to describe the knowledge about administrative remedy of internal taxation, and search the cases which won a lawsuit by the method of case-based reasoning and fuzzy inference. Finally, we consult experts.
