Questionnaires were administered to a convenience sample of 601 from Tai- chung city, Taichung county, Nantou county, Changhua county, and Yunlin county. The instruments included School Climates Scale, Job Stress Scale, Health Scale. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way MANOVA, one- way ANOVA, Scheffé′s method, Pearson′s product- moment correlation, canonical correlation, and multiple regression analysis were utilized. The major conclusions were listed as follows: 1. Junior high school teachers perceived their school cli- mate, job stress, and health as middle. 2. The effect of background variables on junior high school climate, teachers′ job stress, and their health were significant. 3. The correlations among the junior high school clima- te and t eachers′ health were significant. 4. The correlations among junior high school teachers′ job stress and their health were significant. 5. The junior high school climate and teachers′ job stress could significantly predict their health. Based on the results of this study, suggestions are offered.
