Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理科學學程碩士班 === 91 === This study is to research on corporations''attitude towards organization restructuring by looking into the contrasts before and after the restructuring, and the employees'' commitments to the organization. This study is base on Taiwan subsidiaries of the Swiss company "Unaxis". Through the researcher''s understanding of the company and the result of the questionaire, it can provide as a reference in the future. In total of 63 effective questionaies are collected and analyzed.
The goals of this study are:
1. Research on the philosophy of restructuring and commitments
2. Research on the relationship of employees'' personal background before restructuring and commitment
3. Analyze the difference between commitment before restructuring and after restructuring
4. Research on the relationship of employees'' background and the organization restructuring.
