The study included three topics. First, describe the general treatments on the clinically depression. Second, explore the perception of psychiatrics on exercise intervention. Third, explore the intention of psychiatrics on exercise intervention. Qualitative-oriented approach was utilized in the study. The study field was in a medical center in north Taiwan. The participants were invited from the psychiatric department. And it was divided into two phases─participant observation and in-depth interview. The results were as following: 1.Medication is most used at the present. 2.Psychotherapy is the second mostly used therapy. 3.The exercise group leaded by occupational therapists was most likely exercise intervention. 4.The psychiatric professionals held positive view about exercise intervention into depression patients. 盧俊宏 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 136 zh-TW
