The subjects were 467 military education instructors (male 367, female 100) with average age 41.63± 4.84 in the northern region of Taiwan,. The collected data were analyzed by contingency correlation, Chi-square, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results were as follows: 1.The differences of the percentages between subjects with different personal backgrounds in each phase of exercise: The results showed that there were differences between different gender, age, occupation, rank, and the representative experience in a sport team. 2.The difference in the psychological factors of exercise between subjects with different personal backgrounds: There was difference of perceived benefits of exercise between subjects with different rank. There was difference of perceived barrier to exercise between subjects with different gender, age, rank, and instructing years. There was difference of self-efficacy of exercise between subjects with different representative experience in a sport team. 3. The difference in the psychological factors of exercise between subjects with different phases of exercise: There was difference of perceived benefits of exercise and perceived barrier to exercise between subjects with different phases of exercise. The results will offer the military education instructors the reference of regulation exercise and some suggestions were also submitted for the future study. 王俊明 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 116 zh-TW
