Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育學院 === 教練研究所 === 91 === The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship between the basic motor ability and skill elements on volleyball beginners;to develop a predict equation of volleyball skill in the primary school kids by basic motor ability. Forty-eight fourth grade volleyball beginner kids participated in the study. All of the subjects took a-12 weeks of volleyball training. Skill tests included the motions of service, face the wall pass, high set, pass, and toss at the end of 12 weeks training. Ten items of basic motor ability tests and skill tests were evaluated. Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise regression were used to analyze the data. The alpha level was set at .05. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. A significant relationship (p<.05) was found between the synthesis skill of volleyball and squat thrust, badminton throw, one-min sit-ups, lower extremity, and the 60m sprint in post-training tests. 2. Synthesis skill of volleyball was predictable by the following equation:skill performance=13.270+4.601 (badminton throw distance, m)+0.281 (one-min sit-ups, times). R2=.48, SEE=5.52。 In conclusion, badminton distance threw and one-min sit-ups are the most important factors in selecting of volleyball players in primary school. The above predict equation is recommended to be selected beginner volleyball players. Keyword:beginner, motor ability, learning effect
