Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 91 === Supply chain management (SCM) is an emerging field that has commanded attention and support from the industry community. Interoperability of multi-enterprise with heterogeneous knowledge sources that costs efficiency in real time remains an open area in supply chain. Specifically, knowledge sharing in multiple entities of supply chain is a crucial issue. However, only few literatures and researches focus on knowledge sharing and interoperability in supply chain. Current technology such as EDI approach, RosettaNet or through the current Web, are useful for sharing data/information, rather than knowledge. This thesis proposes a solution, a platform for knowledge sharing with the semantic web, which includes (i) semi-structured knowledge model for meaningful knowledge sharing in not only an explicit and sharable, but also meaningful manner, (ii) development of the benchmark supply chain ontology for interoperability, (iii) an annotation process to resolve heterogeneity of knowledge representation in document, and (iv) the articulation mechanism to improve effectiveness of interoperability on knowledge. Based on the proposed platform, entities of supply chain can generate, represent, search, and share knowledge effectively.
