Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 製造工程研究所碩博士班 === 91 === Contemporary enterprise web-based systems can only provide information or content according to keywords, but are not able to fulfill the implicit requirements that cannot be defined in terms of keywords. Therefore it is not able to effectively acquire truly worthy information. To improve the effectiveness of enterprise web systems as well as to provide personal services, it is essential to develop enterprise web systems from the standing points of “personalization” and “adaptiveability”, that is to make the enterprise web systems be able to predict the possible actions of the users and provide related information in advance based on collected user characteristics and behaviors. The objective of this research is to develop an Adaptive Personal Information Supporting Mechanism (APISM) to enable the capability of providing information or services actively based on users’ implicit requirements. The result of this research will enhance the adaptive, personalization, active, and interactive properties of enterprise web-based systems such as E-commerce Website, Web-based Leaning Platform, Knowledge Management Platform, and thus improve their effectiveness.
