In modern social, the elder’s population is growing higher and higher. So the elders needed medical cares are more and more. We want to provide so many patients convenient medical cares and reduce the social cost.
This system focuses on patients that need to be monitored their health condition in long term. So this system can let patient measure their physiological signals at remote and transfer the data to the server. Then doctors can monitor patients’ health condition by reading the data in the server.
The advantages of our system are real time communication between doctor and patients and let patients can have mobile ability by carrying portable devices.
