This problem becomes obvious in the last decade in many systems such as EPR where there is a strong need to establish common standards and design a new medical information exchange model thereafter. A new integrated system for healthcare standards is necessary in order to save the costs of development and maintenance, and increase the flexibility and expandability of the systems. Most of the platforms currently designed for EPR in the hospitals are two-tier or three-tier architecture. Facing the huge amount of data transaction, the performance may be unacceptable. A new n-tier architecture which utilizes the modern web-service techniques is an important basis for the state-of-the-art EPR exchange model. The purpose of this research is therefore to investigate the distributed objects framework which integrated the XML and HL7 standards to design an efficient EPR exchange model. The necessary information and parameters of the different systems to be exchange in regarding to EPR are transferred through the Internet under this model. An empirical system is also established to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed framework. Finally, some suggestions are also proposed. Jr-Jung Lyu 呂執中 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 106 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 91 === Though many hospital information systems have been implemented in the past, the information sharing among different hospitals and different systems in the same hospital is still a difficult issue due to the isolated design of the information systems.
