After that, we generalize the factors affecting the development of CBDs, and find out the issues and solutions of each CBDs facing the changing of urban development. We then bring up some inspiration of rapid urban growth from the experience of the cities we discussed. Afterward, we look deeply into the case of Beijing and Xian to study some key issues of planning and management in the CBDs of Mainland China. Finally, we suggest some viewpoint that should be worth of reference.
