Under this circumstances, this progress is becoming a short cut of achieving business performance to those enterprises and non- profit cooperation. Referring to the previous article, their major focus is based on the influence between management knowledge, organization, culture and business performance. On the other hand, it seldom mentions the inter-relationship of leadership styles and its influence on their superiors. It also left out how key reasons of how leadership styles can possibly influence their superior’s ability to execute successfully. Not to mention the motive. This study is based on the classical(traditional)analysis of Leadership styles, Organizational culture, learning structures/models, knowledge management, Organizational efficiency and related topics. This study was based on 5 Taiwanese based small to medium size company. 350 questionnaires were distributed and 310 respondents. The following are the findings and conclusions. 1.Leadership style influences learning structures. 2.Leadership style influences knowledge management. 3.Leadership style influences organizational culture. 4.Learning structures influences organizational culture. 5.Learning structures influences organizational efficiency. 6.Knowledge management influences organizational culture. 7.Knowledge management influences organizational efficiency. 8.Organizational culture influences organizational efficiency. 9.The largest variable factors that weight this survey is due to sex and educa- tion background. The other factors are holds less influence. When changing the leadership style to the transitional status together with aggressive, absolute delegation, fully utilization of all management tools, there will be a correlation to the organizational culture and effect to the organizational efficiency finally.
