On the basis of the reviewing the literature, 39-item questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire was distributed in a self-administered form to 547 drivers in two buses company, and 262 valid questionnaires were returned with a response rate47.9%. By using ANOVA, the result found that the youth, the injured and the non-trained drivers have the lower perception. Besides, after the SEM, the researcher found significant positive correlation between safety climate and safety performance. Moreover, the researcher enforced multiple regression analysis and then found the strongest positive correlation between safety practice and supervisor’s support and safety performance. Finally, some useful suggestions about managing safety management are provided in this study.
