For the purpose, we analyzed the statistic of browsers and set up the classified system of the websites and data, furthermore, applied Web-based Data Service Skill and Database system to establish a hydraulic information inquiry system on basis of Internet environment. Besides, in order to improve the websites, we designed a questionnaire to test engineers and graduates, so as to correct the shortcomings in this website. This research affords four mainly utilities for users, those are (1) the convenience of inquiry; (2) easiness to expand the materials; (3) friendly for users; (4) raising the interaction about hydraulic information. By using this convenience inquiry system, not only hydraulic engineers can get more correctness information effectively, but also afford an effectiveness reference in hydraulic and water resource management.
