For reason, people over-harvest and don''t recover them, so they disappear gradually. The capsules of Nervilia plicata in the growth initial phase were fast than the last phase .The expansion curve was almost the parabolic curve. The experiments of Nervilia plicata were using by aseptic seed germination. The test and result were shown as following: 1.The experiment was tested by the different mature capsules, the result was the growing 14 ~16 days of capsules had the better germination. 2.The pH value of the media were 5.7±0.1 and pH 6.2±0.1 had the best germination (18.3~18.5%). 3.The media supplemented with 30 g/l sucrose had the best germination (12.7%). 4.The media supplemented with 0.5 g/l peptone had the best germination (52.8%). 5.The media supplemented with the different concentrations of BA and NAA, the media with BA could not significantly promote germination, but could promote rhizome to green. The media supplemented with NAA could significantly inhibit germination 6.The media supplemented with 5 % coconut milk had the best germination (20.5%). 7.The media supplemented with 0.5 g/l, 1 g/l, and 2 g/l activated charcoal could significantly promote seed germination (51.9~52.6%), but these media were not significantly different. 8.The experiment of capsules by the different days of cold storage, the cold storage 0~14 days could significantly influence seed germination (15.7~16.2%), but 21 days could significantly reduce seed germination. 9.Seedings of N. plicata were subcultured on the media of the 0.5 g/l peptone concentration had the best growth.
